The festival will feature food, an art show, a fashion show by Coldwater Creek, Pearland Idol performances hosted by the Pearland Theatre Guild, a pear-eating contest, a kids’ art zone, performances by the Kids’ Backporch Productions and a free concert featuring Andy and the Dreamcicles. Guests are welcome to bring lawn chairs.

Pear Fair will be open from noon to 9 p.m. and is being held at Pearland Town Center located at 11200 Broadway. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for kids 12 years-old and younger. Pear Fair is sponsored by the Pearland Arts League. For more information visit www.pearfair.net
