The 2021 Annual Meeting of the members of the Pine Hollow HOA will be held on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. via the online Zoom application. The purpose of the meeting will be to elect one (1) Director and to discuss the affairs of the Association.

A quorum must be present in order to transact the business of the Association. A quorum can be obtained through your virtual presence at the meeting or by your proxy. If you will not be able to attend, please fill in the proxy and absentee ballot information. Ballot Information

Even if you plan to attend virtually, we kindly ask that you submit your absentee ballot ahead of time for voting purposes.

Nominations will also be taken from the floor at the meeting.
