2021 Annual Meeting – Call for Nominations
The 2021 Annual Meeting of the Members of the Pine Hollow HOA will be held on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 via Zoom Online Application. The meeting will begin at 7:00 pm. The purpose of the meeting will be to elect one (1) Director, and to discuss the affairs of the Association.
Please accept this as the official call for nominations. If you would like to run for the open position on the Board, or if you would like to nominate a willing candidate, please email Wendy Tran at wtran@grahammanagementhouston.com. Nominations will also be taken from the floor on the night of the meeting.
Currently, we do not have any volunteers for the open position.
The deadline for nominations for the absentee ballot is April 29, 2021. A proxy and absentee ballot will be mailed to all property owners after the nomination expiration date. Please keep a look out for this additional mailing.
