The City of Pearland council will be meeting tomorrow for a strategic planning session. Part of this session is to discuss several “white papers” to set the direction of the city. In the Fiscally Responsibility paper there is a topic concerning Harvey Flooding including Harvey Buyouts, which have maps of proposed buyout properties, property tax value and revenue, There are other discussions of interest in the white papers like proposed bond elections and new taxes.
