May 25 – Criminal Mischief – A report for CRIMINAL MISCHIEF (C), was taken by the Pearland Police Department in the 3500 block of PINE VALLEY DR, occurring between 1600 hours on 5/25/2017 and 1600 hours on 5/25/2017

April 26 – Burglary of Habitation – 1400 block of Pine Walk

March 8 (reported) – Victim of Theft – 3600 block of Pine Valley – Complainant ordered a cell phone from Sprint. The cell phone was delivered and placed on the front porch. Unknown suspect stolen the cell phone from the porch on or about 12/21/16.

February 5 – Curfew Violation – 3600 block of Pine Hollow – On 2-5-17 at 5:38 a.m. a call of males checking door handles on cars in the 3600 block of Pine Hollow Dr. Investigation revealed curfew and probation violations at this time and supplemented a Burglary of Motor Vehicle case.

February 5 – Burglary of Vehicles – 1400 block of Pine Tree Ct, 3500 block of Pine Tree -multiple reports

February 2 – Burglary of Vehicles – 1500 block of Pine Walk

January 23 – Burglary of Vehicles – 1200 block of Pine Moss, 3600 block of Pine Valley – multiple reports

January 22 – Burglary of Vehicles – 1200 block of Pine Field, 3600 block of Pine Valley – multiple reports

January 11 – Burglary of Habitation – 3600 blk of Pine Hollow Drive – Unknow suspect(s) attempted to pry open garage door of a know subjects residence.
