Committee Finds Cinco Ranch HOA Board Violated State Law, Association Procedures
Katy – This is the second in a series of stories detailing allegations of misconduct on the part of some members of the Cinco Ranch Residential Property Association Board of Directors.
After Cinco Ranch Residential Property Association Board Member Morgan Stagg raised concerns over the board’s actions in implementing a new fee on residents who receive a third deed restriction notice, the ensuing fallout led to the creation of a special committee to review the board’s actions.
The Governance Issues Work Group was charged with looking into Stagg’s allegations the board acted in appropriately in implementing the fee without first having the fee reviewed by the board’s attorney.
