Register for tennis lessons |
Tennis is an ideal sport for players of all ages regardless of skill level. The City of Pearland Parks & Recreation is offering Spring tennis lessons, which are held weekly, on Mondays and Thursdays from April 20 to May 14 at Centennial Park, 3219 McLean Rd. Balls will be provided but participants should bring a racquet.
Lessons are $100 for residents and $130 for non-residents, ages 4 to 14. Registration is open through April 13. Email the Athletic Coordinator or call 281.412.8905 for information.

Parents: You deserve a night out |
Attention parents: We think you deserve a night out and we’ve got the childcare covered! Parents Night Out, at the Westside Event Center located at 2150 Countryplace Parkway, will be held on April 17 from 7 to 10 p.m. The event is for children, ages 3 to 11. Fresh fitness classes at the RCN |
We’ve all seen the trends throughout the years from Jazzercise, Step to Zumba and BODYPUMP. Well, we have some great news, Pearland now has two of the newest classes in the fitness field! Pound is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. Fierce Funk combines a street style funk and contemporary hip-hop for an inspiring and complete workout.
