For those of you affected by the ongoing pipeline construction on Pine Crest, here’s the scoop:

• Phillips 66 Pipeline is behind the construction of this pipeline, which has an overall length of approximately 50 miles.
• Construction activities are planned to continue for a while longer as the contractor is finishing up the installation of the piping.  The contractor expects to complete and test this section of pipeline in the next week or two, weather permitting.
• Once the pipeline passes the testing, then a crew can remove the mats and return this easement back to its original condition.

The bottom line is…

All that adds up to construction activities continuing for another month or two, depending mostly on the weather and the results of the pipeline test.
