Upcoming Pine Hollow HOA Annual Meeting and Elections
Although the date has not been officially set by the Board, the time to act is now if you are interested in running for a position on the Board. Over the last few years, the Board has not asked for nominations from the community at-large before mailing the proxy/ballot to every property owner. Ballots have been mailed out with only one name on them, the Boards choice. Last year the meeting was held in early March, so it seems likely the meeting will occur soon.
If you are interested in running for a Board position, please contact the management company at 281-497-4320 or email grahammanagement@sbcglobal.net to let them know that you would like your name on the ballot/proxy.
As of this writing, there is a new form on the pine-hollow.org website that seems to allows people to nominate themselves for a Board position. The Board itself has issued no general announcements to membership regarding the form, however, so if you are interested, it is best to inquire directly with the Board and the management company about the intended usage of that form.
