The City of Pearland Parks & Recreation Department is continuously striving to provide an environment that enhances the quality of life for residents through the delivery of top-notch facilities. Because of this, we will be improving our Recreation Center, a facility that aims to provide fitness opportunities for the Pearland community and surrounding areas.

Our annual maintenance for the Recreation Center facility is scheduled to begin on Monday, Dec. 8 and continue through Friday, Dec. 12. During this time, all amenities will be unavailable. However, the administration offices will be open for program registration and general parks and recreation questions.

Members and guests are welcome to use the Natatorium for fitness and leisure activity during this time. Annual maintenance closure improvements include: adding pickleball courts and shuffleboard strips, and refinishing the basketball courts. Additionally, the weight room floor will be replaced and general maintenance of the weight equipment will be completed.
