The latest Construction Project Update episode features the Pearland Parkway project which is an extension of approximately 4,500 feet from 500 feet east of Oiler Dr. to Dixie Farm Rd. 

The project includes: construction of four-lanes of concrete curb and gutter roadway with underground storm sewer, landscaped medians, street lighting, a 10 feet shared use traill, bridges over Cowart’s Creek, and traffic signals.

As part of H-GAC’s Regional Transportation Plan, Pearland Parkway is part of a route that serves residents from the cities of Houston, Pearland, Friendswood, Alvin, League City and beyond.
