For the first time ever, Pearland Independent School District is offering parents the option to begin the early Kindergarten enrollment process online.

If you are unable to access a computer, you may visit the campus to complete all enrollment paperwork April 7-10 (8-11 a.m. and 1-3 p.m.) and April 8 from 5-7 p.m. (late night).

Who Qualifies for Pearland ISD Kindergarten in 2014-15?

Children must be five years old on or before Sept. 1, 2014. In addition, students must be enrolled by a parent or legal guardian with whom the student lives in Pearland ISD.

How Do I Complete Kindergarten Enrollment?

Whether you have already submitted an online application or want to do the enrollment process in person, you must bring the required documents (listed below) to the campus during one of these times:

• Monday – Thursday, April 7-10: 8-11 a.m. and 1-3 p.m. (daily)
• Tuesday, April 8: 5-7 p.m. (late night)

Required Documents in Name of Parent/Legal Guardian:

• Deed or current lease to home (current tax statement may be used for deed; apartment lease must list parent as lessee and student as occupant)
• Current utility bill (electricity, gas or water)
• Current Texas driver’s license/Texas ID with correct address
• Legal guardian: Court order naming you as legal guardian of student

Required Student Records:

• Student’s immunization records validated by health professional or school official
• Student’s official birth certificate from Bureau of Vital Statistics
• Student’s Social Security card
