Daylight Saving Time begins on March 9. Move those clocks one hour ahead.  And don’t forget mark the occasion by replacing batteries in smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Also, you can save 5 percent to 15 percent on cooling costs just by making sure your A/C filter is clean. This is easy to do, and you should change the air filter in your home two to four times a year.  So why not change that A/C filter when you replace the batteries in your detectors
