Does your wife and/or teenager know how to defend herself if approached by an aggressor?  Learning techniques that can make a woman more aware of her surroundings or how to create a few precious seconds to get away from an attacker? If an attacker asks you what you do for a living, do you know the answer that could make a difference?  If you have never taken a class like this, the lessons taught will be carried through for a life-time.

R.A.D. is a program of realistic self-defense tactics and techniques for women. The R.A.D. System is a comprehensive, fifteen (15) hour women-only course that begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction and risk avoidance, while progressing on to the basics of hands-on defense training. R.A.D. is not a Martial Arts Program. Class is open to all woman ages 12 and up. The course is a great mother-daughter program.
