Pearland Police Looking for Robbery Suspect

Pearland police are searching for a man they say robbed a bank inside a Walmart on Wednesday. The robbery happened at around 4:25 p.m. at the Woodforest Bank located inside Walmart at 1710 Broadway in Pearland. This is the Walmart right next to the Pine Hollow Subdivision.  Police say a black man displayed a handgun and demanded money. After taking an unknown amount of cash, the suspect fled, police say. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Pearland Police Department at 281-997-4100.
