The City of Pearland is in the process of updated the Comprehensive Plan and the City would like to have YOUR input as to how you want the City to grow.  Right now the City is asking residents questions such as:

• What housing types will Pearland need in the future that are not available at all today or not enough?
• In what ways is getting around and to/from Pearland better or worse today than 10 years ago?
• What roads or intersections have enough people walking and biking that safety improvements should be focused there?
• What factors might make you choose rail transit versus private car if such service linked Pearland to major job centers?
• If special toll lanes are added to the regular lanes on State Highway 288, would you be likely to use the toll lanes?
