Elections for the Pine Hollow HOA Board will be upon us soon.  The election will be to fill one trustee position. These elections are held during the Pine Hollow HOA annual meeting which is generally held in January.  If you are interested in running for a Pine Hollow HOA Board position, please contact the Pine Hollow HOA management company, Tracey Graham 281-497-4320 or at grahammanagement@sbcglobal.net to ensure that your name is included on the ballot.

Last year our board sent out ballots with their candidate on it without asking if anyone else in the neighborhood was interested in running.  When the election had to rescheduled, giving other candidates the opportunity to get on the ballot, no information was given to the residents about these candidates prior to the meeting itself. The Board also changed the requirements regarding when the proxies were due without communicating any such changes to the rest of the community.  The information concerning how to return the proxies to the management company had the wrong email address so that valid proxies may not have been delivered to the management company or counted.

If you are interested in running, contact the management company as soon as possible and let all your neighbors know you are running. No one but the Board knows when the Annual meeting will be.
