The Pearland Police Department is following up on the investigation of Tad J. Costin(white male,42) for Aggravated Sexual Assault of multiple children.

Detectives recently executed a search warrant on Costin’s residence in the 3900 block of Oak Dale in Pearland (near 518 and Dixie Farm Road). Investigators discovered DVD’s and other items of evidence that indicate Costin has been videotaping sex acts with children as far back as 1999.

Anyone with children that had had contact with Costin since 1999 and believed their child may be a victim is urged to contact Detective Cecil Arnold, with Pearland PD at 281-997-4151.

It should be noted that Tad J. Costin was residing in the Oakbrook Subdivision (located on Dixie Farm Road) which is near to the Pine Hollow Subdivision.
