Pine Hollow HOA Homeowners’ Say Goodbye to Officer Vance and THANK YOU
Officer Vance who has served the Pine Hollow HOA community for over 10+ years has resigned from his position with the Pine Hollow HOA. Mike Vance has served this community in a capacity which no other police officer has. He has watched many of our kids grow up and assisted parents through those trying teenage years. Mike was available to all residents, no matter what the issue was. He not only handled complaints but also served as our judge for the annual Pine Hollow Holiday Lights competition for many years.
Officer Vance has helped the Pine Hollow HOA address crime and related issues for years making our community aware of what was going on around us to prevent similar problems from occurring within Pine Hollow. He was also the catalyst for the three pocket parks in the neighborhood in order to take advantage of new laws concerning sex offenders.
The Pine Hollow HOA Homeowners’ are indebted to Officer Vance’s contributions and outstanding service to our community. His personal touch and positive influence with our community and the residents within will be sorely missed.
Anyone wishing to express their thanks and appreciation for what Officer Vance has done can mvance@ci.pearland.tx.us or 281-997-4117. Or if you would like to send a card to him, you can drop the card off at the Dorsey’s 1506 Knotty Pine Circle. The Dorsey’s will collected the cards and give the cards to Officer Vance on September 28th.
