Election of Pine Hollow HOA Directors

The election of directors was not done due to the lack of quorum at the Pine Hollow HOA meeting.  Another candidate listed their name on the ballot as a write in candidate.

Another Pine Hollow HOA membership meeting will need to be called in order to elect a new director

A change to the Pine Hollow HOA bylaws needs to be made in order to allow a smaller quorum to conduct a meeting.  The proposal is to have half the required quorum to hold an election.

 Police Activity Report

Very quick crimes are occurring in the area. Residents should be aware that people are being followed home to be robbed.  Another tactic being used is someone hits your car as a “tap” and you pull over the people rob you.

As a reminder, do not leave anything in your car that is valuable.  This includes all parking lots or places that you may visit

This time of year identity theft is on the rise.  Criminals file false tax returns in order to get money.

Don’t get a false sense of security being in the subdivision.  Be alert!!!  If you see something suspicious contact officer Vance at 281-620-2292.  If it is an emergency dial 911.

• Landscaping to Soften Pipeline Easement
• Yard of the Month – possibly a cash prize if you win
• Trails – Phase 2 Pine Crest to Pine Forest
